The cow who started it all for Dallas. Still one of the most friendly cows we have ever raised on the ranch. Dallas properly named her, "Nibbles", because she would always come up to him to nibble for some cake. Dallas showed her as a yearling female and won Grand Champion. The Nibbles progeny has yielded herd sires into numerous registered herds and her females went on to become standouts themselves.
